What happens after you contact us
Virginia landowners have watched this industry from a distance for the better part of two decades without much of it reaching their county. Enough has moved south and west in the last few years that the question is now worth asking about ordinary rural ground. Here is the whole process from our side, which is shorter than most people expect.
You tell us about the land
Send us the county, roughly how many acres, and whatever you have noticed around the place. Where you are not sure, write that. We would far rather have an honest gap than a confident guess we then build on.
We check it against public records
We look up what serves you and what runs near you. Public records carry more than most landowners realise, and this part costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
We call you if it looks workable
If it looks workable we come back with what we see and what we would want to do about it. If it does not, we say that instead, and we try to explain why rather than going quiet.
We make an offer, or we tell you why not
Only then does anything become a document, and only with your attorney having seen it first. Nothing before that point asks you for money, a signature, or an exclusive arrangement of any kind.
Nowhere in that sequence do we ask you to pay for anything or to stop talking to other people. If somebody approaches your Virginia land and wants either of those before they have shown you what they see, that is worth pausing over.
